What you'll be doing:

Organise and supervise the unit according to Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations. Manage resources efficiently, oversee food preparation, cooking, and service, and ensure quality standards are met.

Who you are:

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide strategic guidance and manage the team effectively.
• Previous contract catering experience.
• Communicate, motivate, and guide your team daily.
• Take responsibility for food and health & safety procedures.
• Maintain regular communication with the client.
• Complete action plans following customer satisfaction surveys.
• Promote the unit and act as a Compass Group advocate.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver client hospitality to standard and seek feedback.
• Identify opportunities to develop services and discuss with line manager.
• Bring innovation and flair.
• Operate within budget, monitor trends, and take corrective actions if necessary.
• Ensure customer requirements are met.
