What you'll be doing:

Organising and supervising the unit to meet Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations. Managing resources effectively, including stock, team members, and assets. Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and service to meet standards and specifications.

Who you are:

• Provide strategic guidance and management through your team.
• Previous contract catering experience required.
• Effective communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
• Responsibility for food safety and health & safety procedures.
• Regular communication with clients.
• Complete action plans based on customer feedback.
• Promote the unit and act as a Compass Group advocate.
• Experience managing stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery of client hospitality standards and seek feedback.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement.
• Bring innovation and flair to the role.
• Operate within budget, monitor trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
