What you'll be doing:

Organize and supervise the unit according to Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations. Manage resources including stock, team members, and assets efficiently. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and service to meet standards. Ensure quality service and resource use.

• Guide and strategize business management through your team
• Previous contract catering experience
• Effective communication, motivation, and guidance of management and staff
• Responsibility for food safety and health & safety procedures
• Regular communication with the client
• Complete action plans based on customer feedback
• Promote the unit and act as a Compass advocate
• Manage stakeholder relationships
• Deliver client hospitality to standards and seek feedback
