What you'll be doing:

Organizing and supervising the unit according to Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations. Managing resources efficiently, overseeing food preparation, cooking, and service, and ensuring quality standards are met.

• Providing strategic guidance and managing the team effectively.
• Previous contract catering experience.
• Effective communication, motivation, and leadership of management and catering staff.
• Responsibility for food safety and health & safety procedures.
• Regular communication with the client.
• Implementing action plans based on customer feedback.
• Promoting the unit and representing Compass Group.
• Managing stakeholders.
• Ensuring delivery of client hospitality standards and seeking feedback.
• Identifying opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
