Job summary

Qualifications

Degree-level education or evidence of sound intellectual ability and senior management development.
Experience of managing health and social care integrated services.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership and management for designated services.
Lead service delivery to ensure safe, effective and responsive care.
Monitor and improve performance against key quality, workforce and operational indicators.
Work collaboratively with clinical leaders to drive service improvement and transformation initiatives.
Lead on workforce planning, recruitment, retention and staff development.
Ensure effective management of allocated budgets and resources.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead on governance, quality improvement, risk management and patient safety initiatives.
Contribute to business planning, service redesign and implementation of Trust objectives.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, inclusion and staff wellbeing.
