Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provides child and adult mental health services, learning disability, wellbeing, older people's and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Operational Manager to join Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.

The Operational Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for designated services, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, high-quality care whilst meeting performance, workforce and financial objectives. The post holder will work closely with clinical leaders, service users, carers and system partners to support service improvement, transformation and the achievement of Trust priorities.

  • A proven record of success in managing significant operational / strategic change whilst also developing and maintaining the provision of a high quality service, within a clinical setting, with multidisciplinary teams
