• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet schedules and costs.
• Plan, organise and supervise production to meet delivery targets.
• Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, quality compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Lead production managers and team leads; foster accountability.
• Monitor budgets, inventory and equipment; control costs.
• Track KPIs and report to senior management.
