ASC Connections in the United Kingdom is seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee day-to-day production operations and lead shop-floor staff, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You'll work with the Production Manager to develop employees and introduce practical improvements as the business grows.

The role focuses on leading multiple processes, applying Lean and 5S, and maintaining ISO 9001 standards while promoting a right-first-time culture.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading shop-floor teams in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and delivery targets.
• Experience applying Lean, 5S and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to coordinate corrective actions and drive right-first-time culture.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily shop-floor activities and allocate work across the production team.
• Lead, support and develop production operatives across multiple processes.
• Monitor performance against safety, quality and delivery targets.
• Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
• Maintain ISO 9001 standards and promote a safe working culture.
