About the role

Beam creates impact for those that need it most, this impact is driven by our Operations team. As an Operations Lead, you’ll support a brilliant team of Caseworkers and the amazing people referred to Beam (known as Members) on their remarkable journey out of homelessness and into stable work/housing.

This position offers the unique blend of managing a team that delivers a crucial service, alongside strategising and executing operational change. Both of which impact the lives of hundreds of disadvantaged people on a monthly basis.

You’ll be

  • Leading delivery on our contracts - Collaborating with our partnerships team, measuring performance and delivering to our contracts to provide the critical support our members need.

  1. 30-minute video call with a member of our team.

  2. Timed scenario-based tasks, giving you a better sense of the role.

  3. 30-minute video call with one of our Head of Operations.

  4. Final interview with one of our Senior Leadership Team.
