This is a new role with genuine opportunities to progress to an Operations Manager role as the agency grows. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team, playing a key part in building the structure and strategy that supports long-term success and scalability.
Previous agency-side experience in outsourced marketing, understanding agency operations, pace, and challenges. Commercially minded, confident with data-driven decision-making. Organized, resourceful, and comfortable balancing strategic and hands-on tasks. Enjoys building effective processes and challenging decisions for improvement.
