Job summary

Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) in Warrington, UK, invites applications for an Operations Manager on a fixed-term basis for 23 months. The role supports the RicHeS programme, with hybrid working and flexible hours (minimum 0.8 FTE). Salary £37,841 per annum.

You will oversee operational delivery, programme management, budgeting, governance and stakeholder liaison across a distributed network, with line management for an Operations Officer.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating programmes or operations across complex, distributed programmes.
• Experience in financial management and governance coordination.
• Strong IT skills and ability to work with data and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Operations Manager in delivering operational activities for the RICHeS programme.
• Maintain programme systems, records and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Coordinate inputs from colleagues and partners to meet timescales and milestones.
