You'll help turn business priorities into action, coordinate projects across the business and make sure important tasks keep moving. It's an opportunity to get involved across multiple areas of a growing company, take ownership early and help build the processes that support its next stage of growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business operations or a similar role.
• Experience working in a startup, scale-up or small, fast-moving business.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
• A proactive, practical approach to solving problems and following tasks through to completion.
• Commercial awareness and confidence communicating with people across different functions.
• Experience with technology businesses and a degree-level education.

Responsibilities

• Turn business priorities into clear actions, timelines and deliverables with founders.
• Coordinate projects across engineering, commercial and operational teams, tracking progress.
• Help improve internal processes, reporting and ways of working as the business grows.
• Monitor project deadlines, budgets and resources, flagging issues and helping find practical solutions.
• Support communication between teams to keep priorities aligned and work moving forward.
• Take ownership of day-to-day operational challenges and identify opportunities to make the business run more effectively.
