SSP Food Travel Experts at Gatwick Airport is seeking an inspirational Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service across our food and beverage outlets.

You will support the General Manager, mentor the team, uphold brand standards, safety and quality, and drive operational excellence while working flexible hours from 5am to 7pm, across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail/food service environment.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and coach staff for consistency and quality.
