Magentic is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to shape how we operate as we scale. You will own core People Ops, legal and IT processes, drive automation, and work across the business to deliver measurable impact. This role rewards initiative and commercial thinking in a fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll collaborate with legal, compliance and IT teams, balancing priorities to support growth while maintaining an exceptional employee experience. London HQ hybrid.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years in Operations or a generalist role with leadership in at least one area.
• Experience in high-growth startups is essential.
• Strong interest in AI, tooling, and automation.
