You will respond to enquiries from Client Services, Head of Operations, Legal and Technical Dept, support offices, assist with investigations, complaints and projects, contribute to longer term initiatives and may travel to sample
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma showing ability to learn to a high level.
- UK driving licence is desirable.
- Second language or willingness to learn languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin).
Responsibilities
- Support operations investigations, client queries and legal/technical inquiries.
- Assist with sample preparation, Warehouses, ports and shipping yard activities.
- Contribute to longer term projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Respond to enquiries from Client Services, Head of Operations and other departments.
