Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, operations, data analytics, technology, engineering, or related discipline.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Available to join September 2027.
• CTC/DBS clearance will be required for this role.

Aufgaben

• Support Operations Managers and provide updates to the Account Manager.
• Attend client meetings and assist in preparing monthly performance and operational reports.
• Deliver services in line with compliance, contractual, and operational requirements.
• Carry out monthly operational and technical compliance audits.
• Assist Operations Managers with planned and reactive works across the estate.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Explore AI and digital tools to improve reporting, efficiency, and service delivery across the account.
• Assist Project Managers with developing scopes of work and pricing small projects or client change requests.
• Support the development and implementation of action plans for resource, process, and time management.
