Amey Complex Facilities Public Estates Scotland is excited to offer an Operations Graduate role based at St Andrews Primary School, Dumfries, with travel across the region to visit sites. The position pays £28,500 per annum and requires 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The two‑year graduate pathway provides mentoring, a structured learning plan, and support to gain a relevant professional qualification, with a guaranteed permanent position on completion and opportunities to develop data

Qualifications

• A degree in a business, operations, data analytics, technology, engineering, or related discipline.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
• Available to join the programme in September 2027.
• CTC/DBS clearance will be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Operations Managers, updating the Account Manager.
• Attend client meetings and assist in monthly performance reports.
• Support delivery of services in line with compliance and contractual requirements.
• Carry out monthly operational and technical compliance audits.
• Assist with delivery of planned and reactive works across the estate.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Explore and support the use of AI and digital tools to improve reporting and efficiency.
• Assist Project Managers with developing scopes of work and pricing small projects.
