Domestic & General Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator with strong governance and reporting experience to join our UK Operations function. The role focuses on delivering high-quality governance and executive reporting to senior stakeholders in a hybrid setup, with responsibilities across forums, papers, and action tracking.

The successful candidate will excel at distilling complex information into clear insights, working with multiple functions, and driving improvements in reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, reporting, PMO or business management environments.
• Excellent written communication for executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Strong analytical skills to distill complex information into insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UK Operations reporting for senior leaders and governance forums.
• Produce and quality assure executive papers, presentations, briefings and board-ready materials.
• Manage governance forums: planning cycles, agendas, paper submissions and meeting administration.
• Maintain oversight of actions, decisions, dependencies and escalations with timely follow-through.
