Context of the role
The Operations Executive Assistant role provides tailored operational support for the academic Head of Department (HoD), which is pivotal to the smooth running of the School.
This is a dynamic and demanding role involving flexibility and prioritisation to deliver PA support to the HoD and operational support to other staff. The post holder will collaborate with professional services and academic colleagues, essential for the Department and School's success.
The post is aligned with a Department within the School but employed by the School and may support other areas across the School.
