Job summary

CM recruitment is seeking an Operations Executive to manage complex rate data and partner relationships. The role involves data validation, onboarding, and responsive support across DMC partners and agents.

You will leverage AI tools for validation and automate repetitive tasks, while maintaining clear documentation and knowledge bases. The position is remote with periodic meetings and weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a DMC environment.
• Background in Customer Success, Operations Executive or Sales Support.
• Fluency with modern tools (Google sheets, Notion, AI assistants) and an appetite to push what AI can do.
• A detail-oriented mindset and genuine comfort working with structured data.
• Ambition - you want to grow into a bigger role, good career development within this role.

This a fast-scaling travel technology platform that connects travel operators and DMC partners with agents. They're looking for a forward thinking Operations Executive to manager the complex rate data that powers the platform to building the relationships that keep partners engaged and growing.

Operations Executive, Responsibilities

• From day one you'll work across 2 equally important fronts: the structured input, testing and verification of DMC rate dataand hands-on partner communication, onboarding and support
• Use AI tools to assist with validation , error-checking and repetitive data tasks.
• Supporting the onboarding of new DMC partners and agent users
• Response to partner and agent queries
• Help maintain documentation, templates and support contact, including AI-powered knowledge bases

Operations Executive, Skills Required

• Previous experience working within a DMC
• Experienced in Customer Success, Operations Executive orSales Support
• Fluency with modern tools (Google sheets, Notion, AI assistants) and an appetite to push what AI can do
• A detail-oriented mindset and genuine comfort working with structured data - spreadsheets don't scare you

Operations Executive, Additional Information

• Paying up to circa £35K
• Remote based with a meeting every 2-3 weeks in Bournemouth (travel paid)
• Working Mon - Fri
