Horizon Search & Selection Ltd represents a client in rural Cambridgeshire near Royston seeking an experienced Operations Electronics Engineer. You will join the Manufacturing Engineering team to develop PCBA testing capabilities, provide diagnostic support, and help deliver robust production processes.

The role requires hands-on engineering, strong problem solving, and collaboration with R&D, Quality and external suppliers to enable reliable manufacturing and new product introductions.

Qualificações

• Advanced level in electronics design and measurement.
• Ability to work in a small team and own tasks end-to-end.
• Experience designing circuits and PCBs for test and programming equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain tests systems and verifications for manufacturing.
• Provide diagnostic support to Manufacturing, Quality and Production Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with R&D and external suppliers to deliver robust production test solutions.
• Design for manufacture, assembly and test inputs for projects.
• Fault finding and repair of precision electronics PCBA's.
