Job summary

Health Transportation Group UK (HTG-UK) is seeking an exceptional Operations Director to join its Executive Team. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the role carries responsibility for driving performance across patient transport operations and NHS contracts.

You will lead a large, geographically dispersed operation, combining outstanding patient care with commercial discipline, and you will steer transformation, mobilisation and continuous improvement across the business.

• Senior operational leader with experience in patient transport, ambulance services, healthcare operations or complex transport/logistics.
• Strong people leadership, commercial awareness and track record of leading multi-site operations through change.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for driving operational performance, transformation and service excellence across HTG-UK’s patient transport operations and NHS contracts.

The successful individual will lead a large, geographically dispersed operation, combining outstanding patient care with strong commercial and financial discipline, while driving continuous improvement, innovation, mobilisation and performance across the business.
