Job Description
This LPCB-certified fire alarm and life safety systems installer and service provider based in South London is looking to recruit a dedicated and driven Operations Director to join their team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the operational leadership of all fire safety services, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, financial efficiency, and client satisfaction. This involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing senior teams, and driving continuous improvements in service delivery, quality, and performance.
Key responsibilities will include strategic leadership and team management, operational oversight and execution, project coordination and integration, client relationship building, stakeholder management, compliance and safety leadership, as well as customer, performance, people, and financial management.
Candidates interested in this exciting opportunity will need proven experience in a senior operational management role, extensive knowledge of fire safety systems and their regulations (BS5839, BS5266, BS7671), a good understanding of service delivery within the fire industry, and be a natural leader with excellent organisational skills and financial acumen.
