Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operations Director, although advertising in Rugby, we can be totally flexible for the successful candidate. National UK travel for this role will be required. The Operations Director will oversee daily logistics operations, ensure efficient supply chain management, and lead strategic planning initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing warehousing and transportation services, optimizing logistics processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves leading and mentoring logistics teams, managing budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance service quality and satisfaction.

People Leadership:You will champion deep team engagement, fostering a sense of ownership and commitment among team members, ensuring they are fully aligned and invested in our shared vision. Operational Leadership: Through your leadership team, you drive a world class safety operation that delivers value through a clear continuous improvement agenda to ensure that we always delight our customers.

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary interface for customer engagement, you own the relationship and will look to enhance and deepen customer the experience.

Complex Problem Solving: Champion cooperation and partnership to provide integrated solutions to complex problems and provide clear and effective communication, collaboration and influence to drive transformational change.

High-Performance Culture: Cultivate a culture of respect and excellence within your team, you hold yourself and your team to a high standard effectively managing a matrix environment.
