About the Business

You will oversee current sites, including restaurants and bakery, as well as a CPU, and be fully responsible for growing all aspects of the business.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience as an Operations Manager or Director in a multi-site business. Experience in wholesale is highly desirable, as it is a key part of the growth strategy. You should be an effective communicator, commercially astute, and confident in financial planning and strategic decision-making. This role requires a well-rounded operations leader with experience in wholesale and multi-site management, capable of overseeing finance, HR, and facilities teams, and collaborating closely with the owner.
