This role sits within our Education division – catering for students. What you'll be doing...

The successful candidate will have exceptional proven leadership qualities and an ability to achieve results through others. We require a committed, empathetic, and passionate individual to deliver and exceed client and customer expectations.

This role covers London, M25, and surrounding locations, with 6 Operations Managers reporting to this position.

Your key responsibilities as the Operations Director will include:

• Creating a culture of excellent customer experience within your community
• Ensuring legal and company compliance within your strategic area of responsibility
• Driving financial growth and exceeding targets
• Building and maintaining external relationships with senior clients to exceed expectations and build industry advantage
• Overseeing Operations Management within your area
• Managing recruitment, training, and development of the operations team
• Supporting sales with site visits, presentations, and operationally sound bids

What can you bring?

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in contract catering within a multi-site, senior management role. Education experience is advantageous. You should demonstrate leadership, inspiring and motivating large, diverse teams, and have proven success working with clients. Confidence in managing numbers and P&L is essential.
