Job summary

DXC Technology in Farnborough is seeking a Boundary Managed Service Lead to design, implement and run boundary security and managed services protecting defence networks. You will lead service delivery teams, manage SLAs and P&L, and ensure the security posture meets MOD standards with boundary firewalls, IDS/IPS and DDoS protections.

This senior role requires DV clearance, 10 years of relevant experience and a proven record of delivering secure, compliant boundary solutions.

Qualifications

• DV clearance and 10 years in boundary or network security.
• At least 4 years managing boundary security operations or managed services.
• Experience in defence, aerospace or government security programmes.
• Expert knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS and DDoS protection.
• Familiarity with MOD security requirements and defence standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end boundary managed service delivery.
• Lead boundary security operations teams and ensure 24/7 monitoring.
• Maintain SLAs, performance targets and security posture.
• Coordinate incident detection, investigation and response.
• Develop and implement security governance and reporting.
