Job summary

DAC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Operations Leads and Analysts in data, task, and project management for Local Presence Management programs. You will ensure data accuracy, drive launches, and coordinate across client teams. This role emphasizes data integrity, process adherence, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Three in-office days per week; remote work not available. DAC offers competitive benefits and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent post-secondary diploma in data, operations or local listing management.
• Proven data analysis and Excel skills.
• Experience with project management and stakeholder communication.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, prep, and process data timely and accurately for launch and ongoing optimization.
• QA and audit data to ensure data integrity across publisher networks.
• Engage with stakeholders to define status, progress, and launches across locations.
• Ensure data across project tools is complete, accurate and up-to-date.
