Job summary

DAC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support Operations Leads and Analysts in managing data, tasks and projects within Local Presence Management programs. You will ensure data accuracy, drive timely launches, and coordinate with client teams across publisher networks.

The role requires strong data skills, problem solving, and collaboration, with three in-office days per week. DAC offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in data, operations or local listing management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, prep, and process data timely and accurately for launch and ongoing optimization.
• QA and audit data to ensure high data integrity across publisher sites.
• Engage with stakeholders to define, communicate status and progress, launch, maintain, and optimize client data.
• Ensure all project data is complete, accurate, and up to date across project tools.
• Adhere to established DAC processes and use DAC-approved tools and communication protocols.
• Escalate new or out-of-process scenarios to senior leadership.
• Be proficient in vendor, publisher, and DAC systems and tools.
• Assist the team with time-sensitive requests and issues.
• Troubleshoot and address data/address account, client, and vendor issues.
• Multi-task and prioritize client project communications with urgency and attention to detail.
• All other duties as assigned.
