Job summary

DAC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams across the project lifecycle. You will ensure data integrity, manage schedules, costs, scope, risks, and quality while driving both pre-sale and post-sale activities with stakeholders.

The role requires 3 in-office days per week with no remote option. Ideal candidates bring PMI/ PMP or equivalent experience, strong negotiation, and leadership skills, plus knowledge of Monday.com, HubSpot, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, finance, business administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proven experience with established project management methodologies.
• PMI/ PMP certification is a plus.
• Additional language skills (French, Spanish, German) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project data is complete and accurate across all project tools.
• Lead project team to meet milestones on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Drive pre-sale and post-sale processes with stakeholders; manage change, planning, and execution.
• Support initiation with briefs, quotes, and scoping; ensure rapid turnarounds.
• Plan and control the project lifecycle, including risk, resources, and contracts; perform postmortems.
