Job summary

DAC is seeking a Project Manager to lead project teams, control scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring data integrity across the lifecycle. The role emphasizes governance of pre-sale and post-sale activities, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Three to five years of PM experience in digital projects, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and strong proficiency with PM tools are required.

Qualifications

Three to five years of Project Management experience overseeing a range of projects in the digital space.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in CS/finance/business administration or related field.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience with established project management methodologies and ability to facilitate meetings.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
Mature, motivated, self-directed with collaborative skills; capable of influencing across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams and manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, and quality to meet objectives.
Ensure complete and accurate project data across tools and documentation.
Oversee milestones, budgets, and roadblocks; motivate team and apply PM methodology.
Lead pre-sale and post-sale activities, with stakeholder alignment and change management.
Prepare risk registers, communications plans, and post-project lessons learned.
Monitor profitability, resources, and progress; report on project health and outcomes.
Close projects with reconciliations and post-mortems as needed.
