Job summary

Modaxo is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator in Bristol to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You will coordinate quotations, orders, and documentation, maintain systems and data accuracy, and support customer and commercial activities across the lifecycle.

This role offers hybrid/flexible working, a salary ranging from £28k to £35k, 25 days of annual leave plus holidays, private medical insurance, pension, and opportunities for professional development as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate operational processes across the business, ensuring activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate, complete and accessible business systems, databases and records, including customer, supplier and stakeholder information, ensuring these are managed in line with company policies and quality management requirements.
• Support the management of customer enquiries, sales pipeline, forecasts, quotations, orders and associated documentation throughout the sales lifecycle, including the maintenance of corresponding records and trackers.
