We are looking for an exceptional Operations Coordinator specializing in operations and customer services to play a pivotal role in our journey to create a global lifestyle brand. This includes B2B customer service, logistics, transport, and everything in between. Ensure our delicious bars and drinks are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

How you will contribute
  • Provide UK Operations support to the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams within the business.
  • Enter orders and coordinate the fulfillment process from order entry through to delivery.
  • Book transport, process imports and exports, plan packing operations, and manage customers.
  • Analyze data and processes, develop creative solutions, and generate reports.
  • Process orders from B2C and B2B customers.
  • Manage orders via EDI, email, and customer portals.
  • Create sales orders, warehouse shipments, and transfer orders manually for B2B and B2C customers.
  • Ensure orders are processed timely and accurately, following customers' specific requirements (SOPs). Provide shipment documentation as needed.
  • Create SROs for any returns received from customers.
  • Complete customer setup documents.
  • Run inventory reports and verify stock levels across systems.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock transfers.
  • Work closely with planning, warehouse, and transport teams.
  • Monitor the ERP alert inbox and investigate and resolve errors from the ERP system.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Practical understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process.
  • Solid understanding of import/export processes and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with a methodical approach and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem solver, able to anticipate issues and implement solutions.
  • Experience in an FMCG operations environment is desirable.
