The Centre for Long-Term Resilience (CLTR) is hiring an Operations Associate to support the AI or Biosecurity policy units from our Westminster office. This hands-on role covers operations, administration and project coordination, with opportunities to contribute to grant writing and fundraising while coordinating calendars, meetings and travel.

Based in the UK, the flexible, hybrid position requires superb organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, administrative or project management roles.
• Strong calendar and travel coordination skills.
• Experience supporting grant writing or fundraising activities is a plus.
• Experience as an executive assistant is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate team meetings, events and travel logistics.
• Prepare presentations and other written outputs, including website copy.
• Manage publication pipeline and liaise with editors and designers.
• Coordinate budget tracking and invoicing at unit level.
• Support grant proposals and fundraising related activities.
• Provide executive assistance to unit Directors and manage calendars.
