Job summary

Oversight Board Administration is recruiting to strengthen its policy and case work across London and globally. The post holder will provide advanced policy expertise and support to Board panels, while coordinating with teams to ensure swift access to expertise and timely briefings on cases and policy advisories.

The role involves engaging external experts, evaluating Meta’s policies, and contributing to AI governance discussions, with a focus on human rights and responsible technology

Qualifications

• Degree educated, preferably at a master’s level in a discipline relevant to content governance.
• Strong written and oral communication to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience researching, drafting, and presenting briefing materials for boards.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced policy expertise and support to develop decisions and policy positions.
• Research, draft, present briefing materials, and engage external experts.
• Support drafting of case decisions, PAOs, and human-rights based AI governance principles.
