Job summary

Mitie Group plc., Glenavy Business Park, Northern Ireland, is seeking an OCC Coordinator to plan and manage secure UK and international movements, keeping people, crews and operations running safely. This fast-paced role requires a calm, highly organized communicator who works well in a team.

Full training is provided and you will join a supportive OCC with modern facilities and ongoing career development. The position offers a 42-hour week on a 4 on / 4 off pattern and a competitive salary,

• Support the wider OCC team to ensure smooth, safe delivery of services

Operations Control Centre (OCC) - Glenavy Business Park, Northern Ireland, BT67 0LT (Junction 9 just off the M1)

Less than 20 minutes from Portadown, Lurgan & Lisburn

Full-time | 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights)
Salary: £32,393 (OT also available)

About the Role

• Confident using IT systems (full training provided)
• Good UK geography knowledge (or keen to learn)
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritise
• Attention to detail and proactive mindset
• Must be eligible for Home Office Security Clearance
