Job summary

Evri Group is seeking an Operations Controller in Croydon, 20 hours per week on a permanent basis. The role involves assisting with driver pre- and de-briefs, maintaining documentation, and communicating with drivers and customers via phone and IT systems.

The position offers a salary of £12.71 per hour and requires a flexible, team-oriented approach. The role includes handling admin tasks, reporting on payments, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies on site.

Responsibilities

• Driver pre-brief or evening de-brief and related admin tasks.
• Control asset management: container portal updates, daily container counts, ID badge ordering.
• Check SP payments and produce daily/monthly reports.
• Complete admin tasks and maintain filing systems, including vetting and driver setup.
• Deal with customer queries via IT systems.
• Support Manager/Supervisor with reasonable requests.
• Conform with Health and Safety policies as per site handbook and risk assessments.
• Adhere to timekeeping, attendance and appearance policies.
