Job summary

Evri Group in Croydon is seeking an Operations Controller to support in pre-brief/de-brief, complete driver documentation, and maintain company records. You will communicate with drivers and customers using company IT systems.

The role is Permanent, 45 hours per week, with day shifts Mon-Fri 05:00-14:00. Salary £12.71 per hour plus nightshift uplift. We offer a collaborative team environment and opportunities within a growing parcel-delivery network.

Qualifications

• Administration experience and skills required.
• Industry knowledge related to logistics or transport.
• Flexible, can-do approach and team player.

Responsibilities

• Driver pre-brief or de-brief as required.
• Manage container portal updates and daily counts.
• Check SP payments and generate daily/monthly reports.
• Carry out admin tasks and filing, including vetting and IDs.
• Handle customer queries via IT systems.
• Respond to manager/supervisor requests.
• Follow Health and Safety policies per handbook.
• Comply with timekeeping, attendance, and appearance.
