Job summary

Evri is the UK’s premier parcel delivery company, recruiting an Operations Controller in Gloucester to support driver documentation and on-site operations. You will assist in Pre-Brief/De-Brief processes and maintain essential company records while liaising with drivers and customers through company IT systems.

The role is a permanent 45-hour week, Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

• Assist in Pre-Brief/De-Brief and complete driver documentation
• Maintain company documentation and complete admin tasks
• Communicate with drivers and customers via telephone and IT systems
• Control driver pre-brief/de-brief and manage daily reporting
