Job summary

Harsco Rail in the United Kingdom is seeking an Administrative and Compliance Support specialist to assist the Operations Management Team in maintaining regulatory, industry and internal standards. The role manages competence, training, medical, and licensing systems, including TDL, Sentinel, CMS and employee medical records, while coordinating training activities and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience of customer relations
• Experience of working with suppliers
• Excellent administrative skills with minimum 3 years’ experience
• Knowledge of Sentinel Scheme would be desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of Train Drivers mandatory documentation and distribution would be desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring compliance with Train Driving and Operations standards
• Assist audits by providing information and documentation
• Ensure training and competency data is accurately recorded
• Provide reports and information to managers
• Coordinate training venues and resources
• Source medical suppliers and external training providers
• Maintain training records, certificates and attendance data
• Support CMS for safety‑critical staff and LMS records
