Job summary

The Third Age Trust is seeking an Operations Officer to ensure the smooth running of its operations in London. The post holder will coordinate governance support, administration, policy management, risk and compliance, supplier coordination, system administration, and process improvement. Hybrid working 2-3 days per week, based at the London office SE1 8EN.

• Experience in administrative or operational support roles, ideally in the charity sector.
• Experience coordinating multiple activities and managing competing priorities.
• Experience developing policies.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing and improving administrative processes.
• Experience preparing reports and management information.
