Job summary

Thorpe Park Resort is seeking an Operations Associate to join the Operations Compliance & Improvement Team at Thorpe Park, Chertsey. The role focuses on maintaining high safety standards, driving continuous improvements, and supporting frontline teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will work closely with Operations Specialists, handle investigations, and help maintain key documentation while fostering strong cross-team relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience within theme park operations or a similar environment.
• Knowledge of HSG-175 and operational compliance requirements.
• Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation and procedures.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting performance management or employee relations processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach with a passion for safety and continuous improvement.
