Job summary

Oodle is seeking a Project & Operational Change Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of projects across Operations. You will manage a team of Operational Change Analysts and Junior Project Managers, overseeing the Operational Change Roadmap and ensuring initiatives deliver expected benefits.

You will bring 3+ years in project management or operational change, plus experience in financial services or highly regulated environments. PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in project management and/or operational change.
• Experience in Financial Services or highly regulated industry.
• End-to-end delivery focus with emphasis on outcomes and benefits.
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation to benefits realisation.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resources.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple business areas.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and governance with escalations to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee the Operational Change Roadmap and allocate resources accordingly.
