Job summary

ea Change's London-based Banking client seeks a delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to drive a major change and transformation program. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage timescales, budgets, quality, and governance within the Bank's Change Framework.

You will interact with senior stakeholders, navigate unstructured environments, and lead technology, business change, and regulatory initiatives to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services with knowledge of banking products and propositions.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technology, business change and regulatory projects.
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and influencing senior management.
• Hands-on, delivery-focused with end-to-end project delivery expertise.
• Ability to operate in unstructured environments with competing priorities.
• Experience delivering regulatory change and digital banking initiatives.
• Experience in process improvements across transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of individual projects, ensuring agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards are met, while maintaining compliance with the Bank's Change Framework, governance processes, risk controls and delivery performance measures.
