Our client, a global leader in cutting-edge LED pixel control technology, is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead sales across Europe and the Middle East. This pivotal role follows the transition of the current EME BDM and offers an excellent opportunity to shape the future of a premium, fast-growing brand.
The company designs and manufactures all hardware, firmware, and software in-house. Their solutions are trusted in world-class theme parks, immersive experiences, architectural displays, and industrial applications such as logistics and signage. As part of a small, ambitious global team, you will develop the dealer network, build direct relationships with integrators and end clients, and represent the company at major events like ISE and IAAPA.
Ideal candidates will be technically fluent sales professionals with experience in lighting, lighting control, entertainment technology, or related fields. You should be confident in business development and account management, skilled in initiating new conversations, and capable of growing long-term partnerships. A hunter’s mindset, collaborative spirit, and passion for innovation are essential.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish are a plus. The role is fully remote, based anywhere in Europe, with training and onboarding support from the UK team, and the option to visit the global headquarters.
