POSITION: Operations Automation Specialist

LOCATION: Hybrid – Mix of remote & office in Aldwych, Central London

TYPE: Full-Time

SALARY: £50,000 - 60,000 + Up to 20% Annual Bonus

THE ROLE: WHERE IMPACT MEETS OPPORTUNITY

This hybrid role combines hands-on data delivery with process improvement leadership. You will:

1. Drive our delivery pipeline: scrape websites, leverage in-house tools, and create impactful client reports with insightful summaries.
2. Identify opportunities: find bottlenecks or scalability challenges in workflows.
3. Collaborate: work closely with developers and product teams to refine processes and meet goals.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage end-to-end delivery of e-commerce intelligence reports.
2. Scrape websites and process data using efficient workflows.
3. Produce high-quality client analyses that deliver results.
4. Identify inefficiencies—manual tasks, unstable steps, errors—and propose solutions.
5. Design and test improvements, including writing SOPs, streamlining workflows with no-code tools, or collaborating on code enhancements.
6. Review and suggest changes to code with the development team, with increased involvement over time.
7. Measure and share the impact of your improvements, such as time saved or errors reduced.
8. Partner with technical and non-technical teammates to create scalable solutions.
9. Document processes internally to ensure seamless report execution by all team members.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. 3+ years in operations, analytics, business intelligence, or delivery within a tech environment.
2. Familiarity with reviewing and maintaining code in C# or related languages.
3. Comfort handling data and files efficiently.
4. Process-oriented: value clarity, repeatability, and thorough documentation.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Curious and proactive: self-motivated, eager to propose changes, and eager to learn.
7. Bonus: experience in startups or data-heavy roles.
