Overview

As part of our London-based Marine, Art & Specie (“MAS”) operations team you will assist in the designing, building and implementation of change. You will need sharp analytical skills to review information, determine areas of improvement and effectively communicate plans.

This role is suitable for someone at the start of their insurance career looking for a support/operations position.

How you'll make an impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support in the development and implementation of effective operational environment
  • You’ll get involved with project work, working on existing and new projects, looking to guide the teams through the more challenging aspects of any and all projects.
  • Assist in the development of effective presentations and preparation of management reports and dashboards
  • You'll take pride in your progress and the positive impact that you're having on our business. As such, we'll expect you to produce regular reports to show us exactly how you're improving and challenging our business.
  • There will also be occasions for you to showcase your wider skills by contributing to special projects when needed.
  • Manage your workload and ensure tasks are completed within client timeframes.
About you
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with Grade A to C (4-9) in English and Maths.
  • Strong communication skills and the competitive drive to achieve. Determined, keen to make a difference and forge a career whilst improving the service of key clients.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills are crucial when engaging with insurers and customers alike.
  • Able to move between different tasks throughout the day and respond to situations quickly when requests change.
  • Accurate with high attention to detail, thriving on outstanding customer centricity.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Eligible to work in the UK
