Job Title: Operations Assistant

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 40-45 hours per week (including evenings and weekends)

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with skills and experience

Objectives:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency within the first year.
  • Enhance organisational effectiveness through innovative systems and processes.
  • Uphold and champion high standards for excellence, quality, and team culture.
  • Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, building strong business relationships.
  • Strengthen team capabilities through mentorship, training, and empowerment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations across Chelsea and Notting Hill locations, setting and achieving performance goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing team aligned with Club Health’s values.
  • Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic solutions.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to achieve business objectives.
  • Act as a key liaison between departments, fostering collaboration and cohesion.
  • Resolve internal challenges swiftly and professionally, maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven success in a managerial role, ideally within a high-performance or health-focused environment.
  • Strong decision-making, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Working knowledge of operational processes and systems.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences, Hospitality, or Business Management).
  • Experience in scaling operational processes or managing multi-site operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and improve performance metrics.
