We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations & Logistics Associate to join our Dishpatch team under the Waitrose line of business. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the seamless transfer of finished products to chilled, frozen, or ambient storage locations, while inspecting all incoming goods to verify their quantities, quality, temperatures, and documentation. You will ensure strict compliance with food safety and traceability requirements by overseeing correct product labelling and printing functions, alongside managing production inventory processes to maintain adequate stock and highly accurate stock takes at all times. Beyond stock management, you will oversee essential building management functions to ensure our facility standards and operational safety are consistently maintained.
