We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations & Logistics Associate to join our Dishpatch team under the Waitrose line of business.In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the seamless transfer of finished products to chilled, frozen, or ambient storage locations, while inspecting all incoming goods to verify their quantities, quality, temperatures, and documentation. You will ensure strict compliance with food safety and traceability requirements by overseeing correct product labelling and printing functions, alongside managing production inventory processes to maintain adequate stock and highly accurate stock takes at all times. Beyond stock management, you will oversee essential building management functions to ensure our facility standards and operational safety are consistently maintained

In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.25 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
Salary - Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience
Contract type - This position is a Permanent contract.
Working pattern/flexible working - 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required during busy periods.
